Terms of Use

POD CONNECTION + MONTHLY TREND REPORT MEMBERSHIP

Please read the Terms of Use for the Programs carefully and in their entirety before purchasing and using POD Connection and/or the Monthly Trend Report Membership (hereinafter referred to as the “Programs”). The Programs and their content are owned by Taylor Posada, LLC.

  1. Definitions:

“Company”, “We”, “I”, “Our”, or “Us” means Taylor Posada, LLC

“Participation”, “Participating”, “Using”, or “Use” means reading, implementing, trying, or otherwise engaging in the Programs.

“Program” means POD Connection and/or the Monthly Trend Report Membership

“You”, “Your”, “User” or “Client” means the purchaser and person using the Programs.

  1. Consent:

By participating in the Programs, you implicitly and voluntarily agree to act in accordance with, agree to, and abide by, these Terms of Use.

  1. Changes to Terms:

The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Company website. Continued use of the Programs after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

  1. Disclaimer:

By participating in the Programs, you understand that Taylor Posada is a Business Coach.

The Programs are for informational and educational purposes only. The information provided is not intended or implied to supplement or replace the professional advice of an attorney, accountant, and/or financial advisor. You should consult with a professional in those areas regarding your specific situation.

  1. Program Access:
  • Monthly Trend Report Membership: This membership includes access to the current month’s Trend Report only. Once a new report is published, the prior month’s report expires and is no longer accessible. Past reports are not included.
  • POD Connection Membership: This membership includes access to the POD Connection community, the Plan, Scale, Profit program, group coaching calls, resources, and the past 12 months of Trend Reports.
  1. Assumption of Risk

You are solely responsible for your actions, choices, and implementation of strategies shared in the Programs. Participation is at your own risk.

  1. Intellectual Property Ownership:

All content within the Programs, including but not limited to Recorded Coaching Calls, Trend Reports, Guides, Templates, Research Files, Workshops, and Masterclasses, is intellectual property owned by Taylor Posada, LLC. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution will be pursued to the fullest extent of the law.

  1. No Sharing:

You may not share Program materials, login information, or access with others. If you share access, your participation will be immediately terminated without refund.

  1. No Guarantees:

We make no guarantees regarding results or business outcomes. Success depends on your own effort, consistency, and implementation.

  1. Refund Policy:
  • No Refunds – Digital Content: Due to the downloadable nature of Program materials, refunds will not be issued once purchased.
  • No Refunds – Coaching Calls: Due to the time-based nature of 1:1 coaching, all coaching sales are final. Unused, missed, or forfeited calls are non-refundable.
  • No Chargebacks: You agree not to initiate chargebacks. Any chargeback will result in termination of access and may be reported as a delinquent account.
  1. Company’s Right to Terminate:

Taylor Posada, LLC reserves the right to terminate or refuse services, calls, coaching, or access to the Programs at any time, at its sole discretion, if it determines that the relationship is no longer aligned, productive, or in the best interest of either party. This includes unused calls. No refunds will be provided.

  1. Coaching Calls:

Discounted coaching calls are available only while an active 1:1 Coaching tier membership is maintained. Unused calls expire upon membership cancellation and are non-refundable. Calls cannot be rescheduled, transferred, or credited if membership is cancelled. The Company is not obligated to provide advance notice prior to cancelling or discontinuing any scheduled calls.

  1. Arbitration Clause:

If a dispute arises, you agree to binding arbitration with the American Arbitration Association (AAA), within 60 miles of Baltimore, MD. By agreeing, you waive your right to a jury trial. The only monetary award available to you, if any, will be limited to a refund of amounts paid directly to the Company for the Program in dispute. Nothing in this clause obligates the Company to provide a refund where the “No Refunds” policy applies.

  1. Limitation of Liability:

Taylor Posada, LLC is not responsible for damages, losses, or outcomes resulting from your participation. Liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

  1. Payment, Purchase, and Cancellation:

Payments are processed via SamCart or Kajabi. By purchasing, you authorize automatic recurring billing as agreed at checkout.

How to Cancel:

  • Cancellations may be made directly through the SamCart customer portal, accessible via links in your receipt emails.
  • Alternatively, email cancellation requests to [email protected] at least 5 business days before your renewal date. If your request is made later and your membership renews, no refund will be issued and your cancellation will apply to the following cycle.
  1. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the remainder will continue in effect.

  1. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Use contain the full agreement between you and the Company. There are no other promises or agreements outside of these Terms.

  1. Choice of Law + Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland. Any legal action shall be brought in Harford County, Maryland.

  1. Legal Compliance and Intellectual Property Responsibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring your products, listings, and business comply with applicable laws, including trademark and copyright. The Company does not provide legal advice. If you choose to sell infringing products, you do so at your own risk and agree to indemnify the Company against any related claims or damages.
