Terms of Use

Monthly Trend Report Membership

Please read the Terms of Use for the Membership carefully and in their entirety before purchasing and using the Monthly Trend Report Membership (hereinafter referred to as the “Program”). The Program and its content are owned by Taylor Posada, LLC.

Definitions

  • “Company,” “We,” “I,” “Our,” or “Us” means Taylor Posada, LLC.
  • “Participation,” “Participating,” “Using,” or “Use” means reading, implementing, trying, or otherwise engaging in the Program.
  • “Program” means the Monthly Trend Report Membership and its associated content.
  • “You,” “Your,” “User,” or “Client” means the purchaser and user of the Program.

Consent

By participating in the Program, you implicitly and voluntarily agree to act in accordance with, agree to, and abide by these Terms of Use.

Disclaimer

This Program is for informational and educational purposes only. The information provided is not intended to replace professional advice from an attorney, accountant, financial advisor, or other licensed professional. You are encouraged to seek appropriate professional guidance to discuss your specific legal, financial, or business needs.

While the Company makes reasonable efforts to ensure Program content is accurate and up-to-date, no representation is made that all information will be accurate or error-free at all times. The Company assumes no responsibility for errors or inaccuracies.

Assumption of Risk

You assume all risks related to your participation in the Program. You are solely responsible for your actions, choices, and implementation of strategies shared within the Program.

Intellectual Property

All content shared within the Program is the sole intellectual property of Taylor Posada, LLC, including but not limited to:

  • Monthly trend reports
  • Video walkthroughs
  • Design templates
  • Training materials and strategic resources

Members are strictly prohibited from:

  • Distributing, copying, forwarding, or sharing any content or materials from the Program.
  • Using the Company’s intellectual property for commercial purposes or in connection with the sale or distribution of any product, program, or service.

Unauthorized use or sharing of program materials will result in immediate removal without refund and may lead to legal action, including but not limited to intellectual property infringement claims.

License for Personal Use Only

Your membership grants you a single-user license. Materials are for your personal business use only and may not be distributed, sublicensed, sold, or used for client projects or commercial resale.

Design Template Restrictions

You may not upload, resell, or share the provided design templates (even if edited) on any public platforms including, but not limited to, Canva, Creative Market, or Etsy for resale or redistribution. These are for use within your own POD business only.

No Sharing

You may not share your login credentials or access with anyone else. Doing so will result in termination without refund.

No Guarantees

The Company makes no guarantees regarding results, financial outcomes, or business success as a result of your participation in the Program. Testimonials and examples shared are for illustrative purposes only and are not guarantees of results. Success depends entirely on your effort and implementation.

Disclaimer – No Warranties

The Program is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, the Company disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability and Release of Claims

By participating in the Program, you agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Taylor Posada, LLC from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of your participation in the Program.

  • The Company is not responsible or liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that result from your participation.
  • The Company assumes no responsibility for damages, injuries, harm, or losses resulting from your actions or decisions based on Program content.

Refund Policy

1. No Refunds

This is a non-refundable digital product. No refunds will be issued for any reason after purchase.

2. No Chargebacks

You agree not to issue or threaten to issue chargebacks. Doing so will result in immediate removal and may be reported to credit bureaus as a delinquent account.

Arbitration Clause

If a dispute arises related to the Program, you agree to resolve it through binding arbitration with the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Hearings will be held within 60 miles of Harford County, Maryland, and decisions are final and binding.

Payment and Cancellation Terms

1. Payment Terms

By enrolling, you authorize Taylor Posada, LLC to charge your card for the monthly fee of $7/month.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time before your next billing date by logging into your account or emailing [email protected]. Upon cancellation, access to all reports, walkthroughs, and templates will be revoked immediately. To avoid additional charges, cancellation must be completed before your next billing cycle.

Failed Payments

If your payment fails, the system will retry the payment for 5 days. After 5 failed attempts, your membership will be canceled and access permanently revoked.

Access Limits

You will have access to the current month’s report and the two most recent previous reports. Older content will be cycled out. Access to all content is tied to an active membership and is not permanent.

Report Delivery

Reports are intended to be released on the first Monday of each month at 12pm EST. The Company reserves the right to adjust this delivery schedule at any time without liability for delays or timing changes.

Support Boundaries

This membership does not include coaching or strategy support. Email support is limited to billing and product access only. For coaching or community access, visit The POD Connection.

Termination for Misuse

The Company reserves the right to remove any member from the Program at any time for behavior deemed disrespectful, abusive, or in violation of these Terms of Use, without refund.

Modifications

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the Program after changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Content Updates

Program resources and templates may be updated regularly to reflect industry trends. Updates are included at no additional cost for active members.

Testimonials and Marketing Use

By participating in the Program, you grant Taylor Posada, LLC permission to use testimonials, feedback, and messages shared within the Program for marketing purposes, including:

  • Social media
  • Email campaigns
  • Website promotions
  • Other promotional materials

Names may be used unless you request otherwise.

By purchasing and/or participating in the Program, you implicitly agree to all of the terms outlined above.
